Baxter Energy Rating was established in 2007 by me, Aidan Baxter, a Building Surveyor with over 12 years experience in the construction industry.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Surveying, and a FETAC Level 6 Distinction as a BER Assessor. I am a holder of Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
Based in Co. Longford, I am an S.E.I. registered B.E.R. assessor. I carry out energy rating assessments nationwide on new and existing dwellings.
